Tried Bolly Twist for the first time today! WOW! Everything was so fresh and the restaurant was clean. Saish was our server he was great very knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality. I am newer to Indian food and this is by far the BEST I have had! We will definitely be back... soon! So so so yummy! We ordered the Lamb Saag and the Chicken Tikka Masala- both were so balanced and flavorful! The portions are huge and the Garlic Naan with Onion Chutney was delicious!
Great spot for delish Indian cuisine right off US1. The service was super fast and the dishes were decadent. we ordered garlic naan- fresh herb freshly cooked chicken tikka masala - rich flavor pureed style sauce mango chicken curry- also rich and creamy super smooth flavor. Came with a a double amount of rice. We got two waters and a soda our total was 55 we left a 10 tip.
While waiting for my car to be serviced- walked over to the nearest strip mall and so glad I did! I found a new favorite dining adventure Bollytwist! Excellent in all areas. The atmosphere is calming and attractive. The owner greeted me at the door and waited on me. He was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious. He had me try the black lentil soup which was extremely flavorful- perfect! I had the Bombay Calamari appetizer for my main course- wow! Calamari was tender in a flavorful sauce with onions and peppers. Beautiful presentation. I finished with a sample of the rice pudding- so creamy. I will be back!
This was the best Indian food we've had in the area so far! The flavors were so good in everything we tried. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's a nice little mom and pop place that's very clean. I will surely be going back soon.

I’d give Bolly six stars, if I could. The food was absolutely delicious. And while I waited for it to be packed up for takeout, they gave me a small complementary bowl of what appeared to be dal, which was a very nice, unexpected touch.
The food and service are always impeccable. We dined on Valentine's Day and enjoyed the thoughtful decor and treats.
